Midland Plastics, Inc. retains control of your project from start to finish.
Midland Plastics, Inc. runs most thermoplastic materials.
Products can be run with many stock colors or colors can be matched to your
requirements. To assure the proper material for your product Midland Plastics,
Inc. selects from purchased compounds or from PVC compounds blended in-house.
With 12 extruders from 1.5” to 3.5” Midland Plastics, Inc. is able to minimize
cost by matching extruder size to the size of the product.
Three secondary extruders provide the opportunity to produce co-extruded
profiles and tubes as well as multicolored extrusions.
Our complete tool room provides for construction of extrusion tooling, gauges,
and secondary fixturing as required.
Additional production services include special packaging as well as on-line and
off-line secondary operations.
Quality is controlled through the extensive use of SCPC (Significant
Characteristic Process Control). Job related go/no-go gauges further insure
tolerances meet application needs.
